They're not so big, it's just that they're in Word format, not yet translated to web format. That takes time...
Hmm, I just tried the anonymous ftp, and it's refusing the connection-- the server is too busy. That may be why you're having trouble. It might help to try it when it's the middle of the night Chicago time.
Or perhaps someone else has downloaded those files and can mail them to Panu? (I don't have them here at work, and the mailer at home is not friendly to attachments...)
